Main Activity:

1. Molecular interactions: Protein-Protein; Protein-Ligand; Protein-DNA (RNA); Protein-Lipid; Proteins oligomerization; molecular interactions in membrane systems.
2. Biosensoric screening of lead compounds for new drugs and physiological active compounds: inhibitors of protein-protein interactions; enzymes inhibitors.
3. Optical biosensor technology for diagnostic:
   • enhancement of biosensor signal by using nanomaterials;
   • biosensor analysis of biomarkers of socially significant diseases;
   • simultaneous analysis of several protein markers.
4. Education:
   
   • Special course « Bioinformatics and computer-aided drug design» for students graduate from Russian State Medical University;
   • Students diploma works;
   • Post-graduate students of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (RAMS).
