| Laboratory organized in November, 2003 on the basis of the Peptide scanning group existed since 1992.
Main directions- Antigenic and functional mapping of proteins; protein-protein interactions; synthetic vaccines and immunodiagnosticums.
- Analysis of hepatitis C virus (HCV) proteins and their functional mapping.
- Study of hepatitis C virus protein immunogenicity, design of synthetic anti-HCV vaccine constructs.
- Direction till 2001: Structural-functional mapping of proteins composing cytochrome P450-containing monooxygenase systems.
- Solid-phase peptide synthesis.
