Dissertation council was organized at Research Institute of Biomedical Chemistry RAMS in 1992. It was reattested by HAC of Russia on 3 June 2005, order number D 001.010.01. Dissertation council is allowed to uphold a thesis to receive an academic degree of Doctor of Science on the specialty 03.00.04-"biochemistry" on biological and medical sciences and on the specialty 03.00.28 - "bioinformatics" on biological sciences.
