Currency:
You can change foreign money at Moscow airport, in Moscow exchange offices or on the boat.
Transportation:
There are several airports in Moscow, such as Vnukovo, Domodedovo, Sheremet'evo I, and Sheremet'evo II.
Inform the Organizing Committee in advance, to which airport you will arrive and the transfer to the ship will be organized. In case you will need a hotel accommodation the Organizing Committee will provide the reservation for you at your expense.

Liability and insurance:
The Organizers will assume no responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their property during the Conference.Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
Climate:
The weather in Russia in June is normally pleasant and sunny. The average temperature is around 22oC, evening temperature around 14oC-15oC. However, on occasion an umbrella will be useful.
