To prepare the visa application, the Organizing Committee needs to obtain the following information from participants and accompanying persons:
1. Passport copy for you and your family members (fine quality fax to +7 495 245-0857 or scanned computer image).
2. First name(s), family name (including all given names).
3. Date of the birth, place of birth.
4. Citizenship.
5. Number of passport and date of its validity.
6. Place of work (full name of the Institute or Company).
7. Position at work.
8. Work address, telephone, fax.
9. Trip information (arrival and departure dates).
10. Place of getting the visa (the nearest Russian Consulate).
In some cases (e.g., if the citizenship and country of work are not the same) the Organizing Committee might need additional information.
The Organizing Committee will prepare the visa application through the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
