Title: FLUOROMETRIC METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF KERATIN SH-GROUPS IN HUMAN EPIDERMIS

Abstract:
Simple and highly sensitive fluorometric method for determination of keratin SH-groups using fluorescein mercuric acetate has been developed. It allows to determine amount of SH-groups up to 0,1 nmole\mg of protein in extract of corneal layer of human epidermis.
