Title: COMBINED INHIBITING ACTION OF NEW SALICYLIC ACID DERIVATIVES WITH α-TOCOPHEROL OF THE OXIDATION OF METHYL OLEATE

Abstract:
The inhibitory action of compositions of α-tocopherol (α-TP) and salicylic acid derivatives on the process of initiated oxidation of methyl oleate (MO), α-TP and the salicilyc acid derivatives exhibited the synergistic affect, which was demonstrated by the methods of UV-spectroscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
